About Us In a Nutshell ~
We are a small private practice that offer outpatient counseling services for adults. We offer in office appointments for those who opt to and are in the Indianapolis, Indiana, area and telehealth services for those in the States of Indiana, New Mexico and Florida. The majority of our clientele are cisgender women; however, we work with cisgender men and trans folk. We work with all people who are in need and who the scope of our practice, experience and expertise can serve the individual.
We are keenly aware of the importance of trust, safety, respect, professionalism, boundaries, the value of being seen and heard and the difficult steps it take to reach out and connect with a new provider. Ms. Holcomb works to create a comfy, safe and private setting where folks can show up as they are and come together working towards your needs and goals. All work is approached as a team.
We welcome you to schedule a free phone consultation or contact us to get started.

Some history~ This office was originated after working for several years at other offices in which difficulties with the front desk staff created undue stress for my clientele. Ms. Holcomb, manages all the communication and services so it’s streamlined and consistent.
Aside from being contracted with Compsych, Employee Assistance Program, we are private pay. This choice was made after years of being In Network with a number of insurance carriers and ultimately, too much time given towards trying to manage that vs. client care. In addition, we moved to private pay in 2021, as this gives clients more control over their meetings and work vs. dependent on what their insurance carrier decides regarding the frequency, length of meeting and how much time one needs, etc.,
Willow trees are known for their deep roots, sturdy base and flexibility. Growing up, my home had three willow trees on the property. I recall being able to wrap my arms around them when they were first planted and then over years, only being able to get my arms around a portion. They were huge and a grand presence. I remember swinging from the branches, regularly amazed at how they held me without snapping. These memories were stored deep inside me until I was pushed to develop a business name. The significance of their meaning is no small thing as it relates to individuals seeking help, change, and growth in therapy.
Willow trees symbolize of our capacity to grow, survive and how we can thrive even in challenging conditions. They are seen as survivors and a symbol of rebirth. The flexibility and resilient nature of these trees represent what many of us need to grow, expand and nurture… the ability to adjust to life’s challenges without ‘snapping’.
